    Yog baoddhik samajh me viswaas nahin karata. Yah sharirik samajh me viswaas rakhta hai; Ek samagra samajh me, Jisme tumhaari akhandta anternihit hoti hai. keval tumhara sir hi nahi badlta balki tumhaari antas'satta ke gahan srot bhi badal jaate hain.

    . Yadi tum koi vishesh abhyaas satat roop se karte ho, bus use lagataar dohra rahe hote ho, dheere-dheere vah chetan man se gir jaata hai,

    Avchetan tak pahunch jaata hai. aur uska hissa ban jaata hai. Ek baar vah jab Avchetan ka hissa ban jaata hai, to vah gahan srot se karyakarna aaranmbh kar deta hai.

    . Koi cheej Avchetan ban sakti hai agar tum lagataar use dohraate jaate ho. Bachpan ke daouraan lagataar dohrao gahre utrta jaata hai kyon'ki bachche ke pass vastutah chetan nahi hai. Uske paas apna Avchetan jyaada hai--bus oopri hisse ke paas hi. Har cheej Avchetan me pravesh karti hai.

    . Yog ke paas ek vidhi hai; vah vidhi 'abhyaas' kahlaati hai. 'Abhyaas' ka arth hai kisi cheej ko avirat dohraye jaane ki prakriya. lekin eisa kyun hai ki dohrao ke dwara koi cheej Avchetan ban jaati hai? Iske kuchh kaaran hain.

    . Jab tum ek nishchit cheej ko dohraate jaate ho, jitna jyaada tum dohraate ho , utni jyaada yah Mastishk-Koshikaon par ankit ho jaati hai.

    Aur jitna jyaada yah tumhaari Mastishk-Koshikaon ka hissa banta hai, chetna ki aavshyakta utni hi kam hoti hai. tumhaari chetna aage badh sakti hai, ab uski jaroorat nahin hai.isliye jo kuchh tum gahanta se sheekhte ho, tumhe uske prati sachet hone ki jaroorat nahin hoti hai.

    . Shuru me jab tum driving sheekhte ho to caar chalaana ek sachet prayaas hota hai. isiliye yah itna kathin hota hai, kyunki tumhen lagataar sachet rahnaa hota hai.tumhe har cheej ke prati lagataar jaagruk hona hota hai. tum isme itne sammilit ho jaate ho ki yah kathin ho jaata hai. yah baat ek gahra pryatna ban jati hai.lekin dheere-dheere tum har cheej bhulaane yogya ho jaoge. tum driving karoge, lekin driving Avchetan ban jayegi. isme man ko laane ki jaroorat na rahegi. tum jis kisi cheej ke baare me chaho sonchte rah sakte ho, aur caar chalati rahegi Avchetan ki kshamta se.

    . Jab kabhi kuchh itna gahra ho jaata hai ki tumhen uska hosh rakhne ki jaroorat na rahe,To vah Avchetan me ja pada hota hai. aur ek baar koi cheej Avchetan me pad jaati hai, to vah tumhaare hone ko , Jivan ko. Charitra ko parivartit karna shuru kar degi. Yah parivartan pryaasheen hoga ab, Tumhen is'se sambandh rakhne ki jaroorat nahin hai. Tum us disha me aage badhne lagoge jaha'n Avchetan tumhe'n le ja raha hai.


    . Yoga ne bahut adhik karya kiya hai 'Abhyaas' par.Satat punraavratti. Yah satat dohrao hai maatra tumhaare Avchetan ko karya par le aane ke liye. Aur jab Avchetan karya karna shuru karta hai,Tum nischint hote ho, Kisi prayaas ki aavshykta nahin hai, Cheeje'n swaabhavik ban jaati'n hai'n.. Sant vah nahi'n hai jiske paas achha charitra hai,ya ki vah bura nahi'n karata hai.

    . Sant vah hai jo bura nahi'n kar sakta, Jo uske baare me sonch bhi nahi'n sakta. Achchhai Avchetan ban gai hai, Vah saans jaisee ban gai hai. Jo kuchh bhi vah karne ja raha hai vah achchha hoga. Uske astitva me yah itne gahare utar chuki hai ki kisi prayaas ki aavshyakta nahi'n hai.

    Vah uski jindgi ban chuki hai. Atah tum nahi'n kah sakte ki Sant ek achchha aadmi hota hai. Vah nahi'n jaanta ki kya achchha hai aur kya bura? Achchhai itni gahrai me pravesh kar chuki hai ki uske liye is bare mein jaagruk hone ki koi jaroorat nahi'n hai.

    . Pahli baat-- Bahut lambe samay tak nirantar abhyaas. Lekin kitne samay tak ? yah nirbhar karega. Yah tum par nirbhar karega, ek-ek vyakti par. Agar pragaadhta samagra hai, tab yah bahut jaldi ghat sakta hai--Tatkaal bhi! Agar pragaadhta bahut gahan nahi'n hai,tab yah bahut jyaada lambaa samay legi.

    . Pahli baat hai, Lambe samay tak ka satat abhyaas bina kisi rukao ke. Ise yaad rakhna hai. Agar tum apne abhyaas ka kram bhang karte ho, Agar tum kuchh dino'n ke liye ise karte ho aur kuchh dino'n ke liye ise chhod dete ho, to sara praytna kho jaata hai. phir jab tum shuru karte ho dobaara,to
    phir yah ek shuruvaat hoti hai.

    . Maine bahut se logo'n ko dekha hai prarambh karte, samaapt karte, phir prarambh karte. Vah kaam jo maheeno'n ke bheeter kiya ja sakta hai, ve use karne me kai varsh laga dete hai'n. To ise dhyaan me rakhna hai--Bina vyavadhaan ke. Jo kuchh bhi tum chuno, use apni sari jindgi ke liye chuno.

    . Man har us cheej ka virodh karta hai jo nai hai. To agar tum prayog me ho, Abhyaas mei'n, To man ki mat suno, Bus kiye chale jaao. Dheere-dheere yah naya abhyaas Avchetan me gahra utar jayega.Aur chetan iska virodh karna samaapt kar dega kyun'ki tab yah kahi'n aasan ho jayega. tab yah ek "Sahaj" prabhaao hoga man ke liye. Jab tak yah "Sahaj" pravaah na ban jaaye, ise rokna mat. . Tum bade prayaas ko vyarth kar sakte ho thodi-si susti dwara.

    . Aur doosri baat, tumhe'n shraddha bhari nishtha ke saath abhyaas karna chahiye. Tum abhyaas kar sakte ho yaantrik dhang se, Bina kisi prem ke, Bina Nishtha ke, Uske prati Paavanta ki anubhuti ke bina.Tab isme bahut lamba samay lagega, kyunki keval Prem dwara cheejein aasani se tumhaare bheeter utarti hai'n.Nishtha ke dwara tum khule hote ho, Jyaada khule. Beej adhik gahre girta hai.

    . Atah abhyaas mat karo bina Nishtha ke, kyunki tab tum anavashyak roop urja gava'n rahe ho. Bahut ghatit ho sakta hai isme se, Agar Nishtha vaha'n ho. . Kya hai antar? Prem aur Kartavya ke beech ka. Kartavya vah kuchh hai, jise tumhe'n karna padta hai. Tum aanandit nahi'n hote use karte hue. Tumhein kisi tarah use dhona padta hai, Tumhein use jaldi samaapt karna hota hai. Vah to bus baahari kaam hai. Aur agar yahi hai mano'vritti, Tab yah kaise tumhare Bheeter[Avchetan me] utar sakta ha

    . Prem koi Kartavya nahi'n hai,Tum usme ras lete ho.Uske anand ki koi seema nahi'n hai, Use samaapt karne ki koi jaldi nahi'n hai. Jitni der vah hota hai utna hi achchha. Vah kabhi kaafi nahi'n hota. Hamesha tum anubhav karte ho ki tum kuchh jyaada karna chahate ho, Kuchh aur jyaada. Yah hamesha apoorna hai.Agar yah abhivritti hai, Tab cheejein tum'me gahari chali jaati'n hai'n.Beej adhik gahari bhumi mein pahunch jaate hai'n. Aur Nishtha ka matlab hai, Tum us 'khaas abhyaas' ke Prem me pade hue ho-- 'Ek vishista Abhyaas'.

    . Gahri shraddha ke saath parinaam turant peechhe-peechhe chale aa sakte hai'n.

    . Jaha'n tum ho, us kshan ka aanand manaao bhavishya ki poochhe bina. koi bhavishya man mein nahi'n hona chahiye. keval vartmaan kshan ho, kshan ki vartmaanta, aur tum santushta hote ho. tab kahi'n jaane ki koi aavshyakta nahi'n hai. jaha'n tum ho usi bindu se, usi kshan hi, tum sagar me gir jaaoge. tum Brahmmaand ke saath ek ho jaaoge.
